Functional Knowledge

  • Address client and Project Engineer inquiries regarding invoice issues or statements of accounts.
  • Manage collection efforts to ensure activities are being undertaken via telephone calls, emails, mail and logging activities regularly
  • Coordinates subconsultant accruals
  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
  • Handle invoicing tasks, including generating and distributing invoice mark-up reports, producing draft invoices, and issuing final copies.
  • Create and modify budgets in SL as required.
  • Execute contracts and manage the acquisition of associated documentation.
  • Develop billing forecasts

People Development

  • Volunteer to be a buddy for other employees
  • Develop new areas of expertise by shadowing experts/approaching others for mentorship or taking additional training/courses
  • Participate in and lead training
  • Get involved in internal committees

  • Complete available Diversity, Equity and Inclusion trainings and frameworks to be a more diverse leader and contribute to team-specific and RJC-wide goals
  • Responsible for understanding, complying and participating in RJC’s HSE Program including completing required training, participating in hazard identification, assessment and control and informing your Leader of any unsafe conditions
