Functional Knowledge
- Support the organization by initiating and completing day-to-day payroll and benefits activities
- Maintain & ensure the consistency accuracy of pay information across the firm
- Act as a primary point of contact for Human Resources team on Payroll and Benefits related matters
- Coordinate delivery of benefits training orientation
- Assist in the interpretation and upkeep of related Administrative Standards
People Development
- Seek a mentor or more senior employees to learn from by asking questions and being curious about RJC and the work

- Responsible for understanding, complying and participating in RJC’s HSE Program including completing required training, participating in hazard identification, assessment and control and informing your Leader of any unsafe conditions
