Technical
- Conceptualize designs with an understanding for constructability
- Prepare the details of structural design of buildings including commercial, residential, institutional, sports/recreational complexes and bridges
- Assist with the development of preliminary structural design concepts
- Assist with design checks for other engineers’ work
- Work with the project team from conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion
- Ensure quality compliance for your portions of projects by maintaining design/checking

- Monitor your development against action plans from performance reviews and be accountable for self development

- Responsible for understanding, complying and participating in RJC’s HSE Program including completing required training, participating in hazard identification, assessment and control and informing their People Leader of any unsafe acts or conditions
