Entry Level

Lead

- I advise clients on relevant technical, regulatory issues for their business
- I anticipate the client’s needs and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the client realises they are required
- I provide my team with deadlines to ensure things get done in a timely manner
- I redirect my team when priorities change. I make sure everyone understands the needs and are informed of new changes
- I promote the firm’s values, ethics and policies so that they are recognised as central to success
Management
- I focus on quality, profitability and longterm sustainable growth for the firm and clients
- I am committed to delivering services which consistently achieve the quality expectations of clients and the firm
- I take action to maximise opportunities created by the changing business environment for RJC
- I delegate tasks across the team to maximize efficiency
- I anticipate the client’s needs and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the client realises they are required
- I champion the right course of action, even when unpopular with the majority or against my own interests
Exec. & Senior Leadership
- I question activities that have no business case or which do not add value
- I meet the needs of clients, including meeting deadlines, delivering what is expected, being responsive to client requests, and maintaining positive working relationships
