Accounts Receivable AssistantRegional

Functional Knowledge

  • Support the A/R Coordinator in the collection of outstanding accounts through various communication methods including telephone calls, emails, and mail. Log all collection efforts and activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and the Office Services Manager to address and refer problem accounts as needed.
  • Assist A/R Coordinator in the processes of project activation, de-activation, and the removal and archiving of project files.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to accounts receivable and other invoice-related matters.
  • Provide support in the reconciliation of accounts.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of financial folders and ensure the proper archiving of inactive project files.

  • Responsible for understanding, complying and participating in RJC’s HSE Program including completing required training, participating in hazard identification, assessment and control and informing your Leader of any unsafe conditions
